Red Light Body-Contouring Therapy in Canton OH

At Premier Joint & Spine, we utilize Red Light Therapy in our treatment of wound healing, inflammation, and fat loss.

Depending on your goals and your suggested course of treatment, you will visit us a minimum of 2 times (preferably 3) each week. The pores of your cells will not close for 48-72 hours so we suggest allowing your body to go through its elimination cycles naturally and not overload it. On average each visit will take as little as 15 minutes up to 45 minutes depending on what other services you may be requesting. All of our appointments are to be scheduled in advance and we ask that you cancel appointments 24 hours in advance to allow for other members to have your slot. Please be prepared to stay the entire length of your session.

We recommend that you do 30 minutes of brisk physical activity within 2 hours of your
session. Further, we recommend a minimum of half of your body weight in ounces of water on the day you receive a session and the two days following a session – Water is key to flushing out the waste. Be prepared to meet with your therapy provider for half an hour each month. Further, weight measurements and photos will occur during the following visits, so please plan for an additional 15 minutes.
